Hey guys! Here are some ways to make CIRS on a budget. It’s not ideal, but trying these approaches to find healing is still possible. 

Find ways.  Never give up on healing.

  • Vision test
  • Environmental test
  • Making a safer environment (room, cleaning, purifier)
  • MARCoNS testing
  • Generic medication
  • Caution with DIY meds (Herxheimer reaction)
  • Mind-Body work (trauma)
  • All-Meat Carnivore diet
  • Real talk and summary
  • Upkeep of home
