Nutrition with Judy | Carnivore Diet
The Nutrition with Judy podcast is for people who are tired of surface-level wellness advice and want to understand what is really driving chronic symptoms, inflammation, metabolic dysfunction, gut issues, autoimmune patterns, and complex illness.
Hosted by Judy Cho, Board-Certified Holistic Nutritionist, functional medicine practitioner, and author of Inflammation Fix, the show explores root-cause healing through the lens of nutrition, environment, nervous system regulation, clinical pattern recognition, and personal responsibility.
Drawing from thousands of client cases, clinical insights, and conversations with leading experts in nutrition, psychology, medicine, and research, Judy breaks down complex health topics in a way that helps listeners become more informed, discerning, and self-advocating.
After rebuilding her own health through a carnivore elimination diet and a root-cause approach, Judy’s mission is to help people better understand their bodies and live the life they are meant to live, nearly symptom-free.

I'm excited to sit down with Joel Salatin. We talk about monocropping, lab-grown meats and much more. Make sure to listen to the full interview to learn more.
Joel Salatin calls himself a Christian-libertarian-environmentalist-capitalist-lunatic-farmer. He co-owns, with his family, Polyface Farm in Swoope, Virginia. He was featured in the New York Times bestseller Omnivore’s Dilemma and the award-winning documentary Food, Inc. His farm services more than 5,000 families, 50 restaurants, 10 retail outlets, and a farmers’ market. When he’s not on the road speaking, he’s at home on the farm, keeping the calluses on his hands and dirt under his fingernails, mentoring young people, inspiring visitors, and promoting local, regenerative food and farming systems.
