I'm excited to sit down with Matty Lansdown. We talk about cancer, environment and community, and much more. Make sure to listen to the full interview to learn more.

Matty Lansdown is a scientist & nutritionist with over 10 years of experience and a background working in the healthcare system. Firstly, in a nutritional epigenetics lab servicing elite athletes and also working as part of a disease research team within hospitals.

Just a few years into his cancer hospital job, surrounded by amazing professors, doctors, PhD’s nurses and fellow scientists he began to feel like an imposter. He was asking questions that no one else seemed to be asking, about the cause of disease and the impact of food on the body. It was so strange to him that the large majority of patients were overweight or obese and no one talked about their diet or their lifestyle.

We discuss the following:

  • All about Matty Lansdown
  • Thoughts on cancer
  • Nutrition for cancer
  • Glucose and cancer
  • Judy's eating disorder experience
  • Social media body image
  • How Matty helps people who want to heal
  • Commonalities in people
  • Recommended habits
  • Environment and community
  • Mindset or diet
  • Successful tips and stories
  • ACE score
  • Where to find Matty Lansdown
