I had the pleasure of sitting down with Dr. Anthony Chaffee. We talked about things that are controversial in the carnivore space, his experience with the carnivore diet and how he’s been doing it long-term.

Dr. Chaffee is an American medical doctor in his neurosurgical residency in Australia. He’s a former professional rugby player who, over the span of 20+ years of his athletic and medical careers, has researched the optimal nutrition for human performance and health. It is his assertion that most of the so-called chronic diseases we treat as doctors are caused by the food we eat, or don't eat, and can be reversed with dietary changes with a specific diet; the carnivore diet.
